“SoundSense have been a great sounding board when it comes to making sense of what to do next. I can trust them to do the right thing and get it done.”
“The team quickly and convincingly put together an AI automation strategy and plan that the board loved. We're looking forward to working with them on implementation.”

Your team using AI on real work within weeks.

A practical AI plan for the business.

Build the AI use cases worth doing.

We work as part of your leadership team.

We started SoundSense because plans are only useful if they get built. We help decide what to do, then stay close while it happens.
Matei's expertise is in machine learning and AI. He co-founded an AI business, raised over $30M in venture capital, and sold it. He has spent 16 years building data and AI software, from algorithmic trading systems at BNP Paribas to ML applications at IBM. He's genuinely excited about how AI is going to change the way businesses run.
Stan has 15 years of experience building products and teams. Early on he led teams that built products with millions of users at tech giants Zynga and King. Later he focused on helping corporates start new ventures and PE-backed companies get ready for exit. He loves getting his hands dirty building things people want.
We speak to leaders and the people doing the work. The founders stay involved after the sales call.
The people you meet are the people who deliver. No handovers, no surprises.
Experienced people do the work. Each brings product, technology or commercial depth.
We support, advise, run the tech or fill the gaps. Whatever the business needs next.
MIT found better deployment results when companies worked with external partners.
AI projects are far more likely to succeed with an outside partner.
Pilots built with partners are twice as likely to reach full deployment.
Twice as many people actually use the tools a partner helps build.

The right partner can help you move faster without hiring a full AI team first.

PE-backedThe business wanted a higher exit multiple by showing it could use AI for better customer experience and lower operating cost.
Discovery, ERP selection, automation delivery. We built a future-state vision for patient experience, ran an RFP to select a patient management system, and are now designing AI automations to deliver that vision.
“The guys at SoundSense got to grips with our business quickly and ran a super thorough RFP process, saving us time and making sure we bought the right system.”
PE-backedMid-roll-up, the company needed to tighten its processes before replatforming.
Discovery, business process redesign and implementation. We ran a lightweight discovery to find efficiency opportunities. Readiness validation showed the business wasn't ready for automation yet, so we are tightening processes and data management to enable it later.
“SoundSense have been a great sounding board when it comes to making sense of what to do next. I can trust them to do the right thing and get it done.”
UK public companyThe board could see AI coming for their industry but didn't know where to start.
Discovery, software build, automation delivery. We ran a SoundSense discovery to understand the business and its direction, found high-ROI opportunities that augment their in-house systems, and are building out the highest-ranking automations.
“The team quickly and convincingly put together an AI automation strategy and plan that the board loved. We're looking forward to working with them on implementation.”

Coming soonNo. We start with your business goals and processes. Sometimes the answer is buying software, sometimes custom automation, often a mix.
Licences without implementation fail. We train each person on their actual work, not generic prompts, and we stay long enough to make it stick.
Training takes roughly half a day per person in week one for the mapping. From week two it happens on their real work, so the time largely pays for itself. Strategy is built for operators: about four hours per leader.
We set you up on business-grade plans where your data isn't used to train models, and we agree what data the tools can touch before anyone starts.
No. We teach with Claude Cowork because we know it best, but the approach works with Copilot, Gemini, or what you already pay for.
Only when it's the best option. Otherwise we select, implement or integrate what you already own.
Each initiative ships with target KPIs (cycle time, error rates, cost per task, impact on margin) and a simple reporting cadence.
We'll ask what you are trying to improve, where AI might help, and whether we are the right fit. No hard sell.
