Lead Software Engineer

Architect and ship custom AI solutions end to end, partner directly with clients on transformation, and lead a small pod of engineers building the systems that change how a business runs.

What you'll do

  • Architect and deploy custom AI solutions end to end
  • Partner directly with clients on transformation strategy
  • Lead a small team of 2–3 engineers
  • Monitor and improve production AI systems

What we look for

  • 6+ years building software at scale
  • Expert in React, TypeScript, API design, and cloud platforms
  • LLM engineering, including RAG implementations
  • Full-stack capability across frontend and backend

Bonus points

  • DevOps experience
  • Vertical expertise in finance, healthcare, or field services
  • Multi-modal LLM or voice processing background
  • Founder or early-stage startup experience

Not the right fit if you're early in your career, you'd rather avoid client contact, you need constant direction, or you optimise for elegant code over real value.
